A Thai friend of mine taught me another dish, which involved slices of banana, a few raisins and a splash of vinegar in Ramen noodles- and at the end a few slices of fresh cucumber! Now that may sound weird, but made for a wonderful sweet'n'sour combination! It's good to be adventurous!
